About the Author: Bill has attained professional mastery in electronics (1/150 in 38-week US Navy school, in charge of electronic countermeasures on pacific fleet Flag ship), mathematics (Masters degree from Emory University), computer software (numerous achievement and cost-savings awards), Quality methodologies (Hughes copyrighted and nationally published), information technology (decades of diverse and intensive experience) and project management (PMP certified), and has engaged others in a wide variety of locations and situations. No conventional experiences, however, could have prepared him for his totally unexpected findings about the fundamental nature of ourselves and the world in which we live that resulted from his studies of science, religion and philosophy, and from his mastery of yoga and metaphysics.
